· One micro win from this week: {even tiny is fine}
· One boundary or need this week: {time off / help / clearer scope}
· If you want feedback, ask for it explicitly (optional).
Posting Rules:
· Kindness first; advice only when asked.
· No medical guidance: share resources and lived experience only.
· If you feel unsafe, contact local resources immediately (see pinned resources).
Helpful Comment Prompts:
· Reflect back what you heard; thank them for sharing.
· Offer one practical support idea or resource (if asked).
· Celebrate the micro win; suggest a next tiny step.
