day 3 was the "pick what your agent is going to be" day. I had a list of about nine things. cut it to one.

building a Morning Briefing Agent. pulls overnight news on my watchlist, flags any moves over a threshold, summarises into a 5-minute brief that lands in my inbox before market open. basically the thing I wanted when I was at the fund and didn't have.

high impact for me, technically achievable in 90 days, runs daily so I'll see if it works fast.
