Hi, I am in a process of making a trading ai agent, based on my trading skills and payed indicators on Trading view. I've been trading for several years now. I connected Codex with CC, spent quite some money on subscriptions, been building bot for quite some time now and making a lot of backtesting...result? Very poor, not worth it. More and more, it seems like a waste of time, I'd rather do something meaningful. I don't want to be the negative one, I just need some motivation. However, has anyone made a profitable bot with results, not just ideas? Lewis, I wonder what's your outcome so far? Thank you for support🙏

Interesting one. I do content creation for a couple of people and I don't get paid for it but it takes a lot of time. Although I am particularly interested in trading, Claude decided I needed to work on a blog post pipeline agent first as that has the most individual steps in it.

day 4 — soul.md, claude.md, business-context, life-context, plus the project folders. four file types, clear roles, a place for everything. I have spent years stuffing everything into Notion and never finding it again. this is the first system I've seen where I actually know where a thought goes. making the folder now.

It's actually hard to just pick one thing I'd like to build. Not sure how much is appropriate for an agent as I'm not sure if agents are more for smaller, repetitive, broken-down tasks, or for building bigger projects. I'll just lay it all out here, I suppose. I'm a speech-language pathologist (SLP) and I'd like to build a website/subscription that offers SLPs (especially working in teletherapy) a variety of therapy resources including therapy activities, games, home programs, goals, etc. I'm also the main provider for a family of 6 so although I know there's no such thing as getting rich quickly and this place isn't for that, I'd be dishonest if I said I'm not here looking for a way to make some money. I'm very much interested in trading crypto or even stocks but I can't say I have any well placed strategies at this point in time. Finally, my wife runs an Etsy/e-commerce side business and I've already been using Claude and Terminal (and for the first time the other day Claude Code) with Remotion to make social media content (Instagram Reels). So I'd also like to get more efficient at that as well. If I have to pick just one to start for now, I'd probably pick setting up some sort of trading/investing strategy.
