I looked severalbtimes at the instruction video and i don't hear anything about this in the video.

What does this mean?

I picked up al the stitches. Do i need to decrease in the first riw or while i'm picking up?

Fot now i picked up every stitch and less stitches in the specific rows that ar mensioned.

But this part i do not understand
