Finished!
I finished the cardigan! The sleeves seem a bit loose at the bottom (yes, I blocked it), so I’m trying to decide if I want to redo them or not. Am I the only one who couldn’t make themselves go with a solid ribbon? Of course, now it’s too warm to wear it outside!

@Liene Kalniņa I started a project page for it, but I haven’t updated it.

@Liene Kalniņa I just updated the project page
Yoke Meditation Series No. 7 is out, and I wanted to share it here too.
It follows the same idea as the previous ones in the series: a colourwork yoke that runs well past the sleeve separation, so you have plenty of time to get into the rhythm before things get easier. This one has a more relaxed, oversized fit and is worked at a sport weight gauge. A great transitional weather knit. 🤩 There is a double-knit ridge on the neckband and a fun decrease detail near the cuffs. The pattern also includes chart options for both lighter and darker main colours. And if you look closely at the colourwork while wearing it, some of the motif fragments look like little piglet faces. 🐷 Completely unintentional, but adds character 😁 There is a full construction deep dive on YouTube if you want to go through the build before casting on. Beautiful colors!
Clue 6 Complete
Well I sure fell behind, but I can see the finish line now. I cannot wait to curl up in this cozy cardi. I’ve been practicing steeks on my gauge swatches while my Rujuu dries from blocking. Bring it on!!

I love the colors!
More than I can chew?
So I am hoping to complete all the finishing on my Rujuu before the fashion show, but my indecision has taken hold. I purchased a length of trim to sew over the steek selvedges, then decided that maybe I could just make it on my Inkle loom instead. However, the band pattern I chose is… a challenge. At least for my current skill set. And it is taking me forever haha I wonder if I should just sew on the store-bought band and finish my woven band later? Also… which buttons?!?!

Nice! I like the brown button (the one in the middle). As for the band, does it really have to be 100% done for the fashion show? It's not like it will be visible. If you sew the store bought one on, you'll just have to pull it off, and removing the stitches on knitwear could be a challenge.
