Bust Darts
Hello all! Have any of you tried adding bust darts to your knits? If so, do you have any tips or tricks on adding them to patterns you’re following? I hear about bust darts and how they can help tailor your knits, especially knitting in the round. Thank you!

I’ve used some patterns with darts options that worked for me - summer Jimmy jab by Jaki Badger & Basic tee by Kate Oates. I’ve also started following knit.moore on instagram & she has a worksheet to add short rows to the front so you don’t get that higher front as it has further to travel! I’m making the Ghali sweater which has lots of ease so no darts needed but it’s still a bit high at the front & with a full pattern I can’t work out how to add front length - welcome any suggestions for that?

@Adriana Esquer no I haven’t tried them together yet - next project! 😊
Ghali Sweater charts
This sounds a really silly question, but where are the charts in the English version of the pattern please?

I hope you enjoy making it, I’m nearly at the bottom of the pattern only 19 rows before starting the single colour & really enjoying it 😊
Dreamweft Sweater Help
Help. (Deamweft Sweater...just completed last row of back shoulder increases) What would you recommend to get the correct stitch counts at this point without ripping back.... that might not look way obvious.... or make it wonky. I calculated stitch counts of the increase rows to be able to tell if I'm still on track. Increasing 8 stitches each repeat for the 7 repeats in the back I should have 88 stitches. I actually have only 84. It appears there are the correct number of increased lace 'holes'. The edge stitches seem fine. I don't find anything unraveling. I am really challenged in keeping my attention here. (Its not the pattern...it's my toddler brain) And I have ripped back so many times I've lost count... but... I really want this finished object. I have a long way to go and I'm willing to take it slow...but if I have to rip back again 💔 😪 I'm afraid I will have to give up.

Anyone experience with drops yarn fabel?

Hi Wendy, I’ve used them to make socks a few years ago, they’ve been washed lots of times & worn well. It’s more rustic than other sock yarns I’ve used. I’m using it to make a cowl for my granddaughter at the moment

@Wendy Biccler I think so as it’s more sturdy than other superwash yarns I’ve used for socks such as West Yorkshire spinners sock / yarnsmiths merino sock - I only hand wash my yarn.
