The 90-Min Daily Routine That Built My 6-Figure Business (during a mental breakdown)
PS: Calendar for next 1 week is a bit haywire. I'm at a cousin's wedding. Check the calendar and update the calls for yourself. I've also sent you all an invite. ---- Hey YouTuPreneurs, April was, without a doubt, the worst month of my life. I don’t say that dramatically. I say it factually. Some dreams shattered. Some plans got ruined. I lost a family member. I lost emotional energy. I almost lost focus entirely. But oddly enough, I didn’t lose momentum in my business. Because I had something I didn’t have before: A system that doesn’t punish you for being human. That’s what I want to walk you through today. Not a mindset shift. Not motivation. But something you can copy, save, and apply when your own bad month hits. (Because eventually, it will.) --- The Myth of “Consistency” (And What Actually Works) When people say, “You have to be consistent,” what they really mean is: “You have to show up the same way every day.” That’s not realistic. What’s realistic is strategic inconsistency. → Some weeks, you’re in filming season. → Some weeks, you’re in writing season. → And some weeks? You’re just trying to stay afloat. (Watch the YouTuPreneur Fundamentals Training to understand this best) That’s okay — as long as your system is consistent, even when you’re not. --- The 5 Daily Actions That Saved Me In April, I was only working 1–2 hours a day. Sometimes less. But these are the 5 things I still did every single weekday, no matter what: 1. Write 1 email (takes 20 minutes) 2. Repurpose it to X/LinkedIn/IG (takes 10 minutes for my VA) 3. Promote the email list on socials (done by my VA) 4. Check and reply to DMs/convos (normally I do it, but in April my VA did whenever I couldn't) 5. Fulfill for clients Even in the worst week, this took me maybe 90 minutes total. You don’t need more time. You need a plan that doesn’t break when you do. --- Why This Works: YouTube is not the Business Let me be clear: Your YouTube channel is not your business.
