The 90-Min Daily Routine That Built My 6-Figure Business (during a mental breakdown)
PS: Calendar for next 1 week is a bit haywire. I'm at a cousin's wedding. Check the calendar and update the calls for yourself. I've also sent you all an invite.

Hey YouTuPreneurs,
April was, without a doubt, the worst month of my life.
I don’t say that dramatically. I say it factually.
Some dreams shattered.
Some plans got ruined.
I lost a family member.
I lost emotional energy.
I almost lost focus entirely.
But oddly enough, I didn’t lose momentum in my business.
Because I had something I didn’t have before:
A system that doesn’t punish you for being human.
That’s what I want to walk you through today.
Not a mindset shift. Not motivation.
But something you can copy, save, and apply when your own bad month hits. (Because eventually, it will.)

The Myth of “Consistency” (And What Actually Works)
When people say, “You have to be consistent,”
what they really mean is:
“You have to show up the same way every day.”
That’s not realistic.
What’s realistic is strategic inconsistency.
→ Some weeks, you’re in filming season.
→ Some weeks, you’re in writing season.
→ And some weeks? You’re just trying to stay afloat.
(Watch the YouTuPreneur Fundamentals Training to understand this best)
That’s okay — as long as your system is consistent, even when you’re not.

The 5 Daily Actions That Saved Me
In April, I was only working 1–2 hours a day.
Sometimes less.
But these are the 5 things I still did every single weekday, no matter what:
1. Write 1 email (takes 20 minutes)
2. Repurpose it to X/LinkedIn/IG (takes 10 minutes for my VA)
3. Promote the email list on socials (done by my VA)
4. Check and reply to DMs/convos (normally I do it, but in April my VA did whenever I couldn't)
5. Fulfill for clients
Even in the worst week, this took me maybe 90 minutes total.
You don’t need more time.
You need a plan that doesn’t break when you do.

Why This Works: YouTube is not the Business
Let me be clear:
Your YouTube channel is not your business.
It’s your content engine.
It’s the top of your funnel. It gives you authority.
But it’s the system behind it — your list, your emails, your offers, your follow-up — that makes you money.
This is why I say:
> You don’t get paid to post.
> You get paid to position.
So when life punches you in the gut…
You don’t have to film (unless you want to).
You don’t have to post Shorts.
You don’t have to drop everything and burn out.
You just hit “send” on the email your system helped you write.
And let it do the work for you.
---
Most of You Are Still Doing Too Much
Here’s the truth:
If your business breaks when you stop grinding…
you don’t have a business.
You have a content treadmill.
And that’s why I’m pushing all of you to simplify.
Even if you have the time, even if you have the energy — optimize now for the weeks where you won’t.
Because those weeks will come.
If you only take one thing from this post, let it be this:
Build systems that don’t need your motivation to work.
That’s what makes the YouTuPreneur system superior.

What You Should Do This Week
Here’s a simple checklist to reflect and take action on:
1. Is your content machine built yet?
1 YouTube video = daily content + emails?
If not, you’re wasting too much time per platform.
2. Are you collecting AND emailing your list?
If you have an opt-in, good. But are you nurturing?
If not, join the Email Sales Machine training on May 16.
3. Do you have a weekly rhythm you can follow even on bad days?
What are your 5 Daily Actions?
What are your 3 Weekly Actions?
Can someone else do 80% of them, when you're at your worst?
4. Are you making content that builds respect, not just reach?
Remember: different offers need different funnels.
A low-ticket product needs mass appeal. A high-ticket offer needs high trust.
Optimize for alignment, not attention.
---
Final Words
My goal isn’t to make you post more.
My goal is to help you build a profitable business that survives your lowest moments and thrives during your best.
Because that’s what it means to be a YouTuPreneur.
Not just someone who “makes content”…
…but someone who builds leverage, authority, and income from their ideas — without burning out, even in their worst season.
Let’s keep building.
