👋 Hey hey everyone! I’m Parul Sharma, a techie by day, dreamer by… well, also by day (because let’s be real, nights are for sleep 😅). With 15+ years in software development and currently leading as an Architecture Manager, I blend logic, leadership, and just the right amount of caffeine to keep things moving ☕💻

Over the past few months, I’ve been learning the ropes of multifamily real estate investing, and wow, there’s a lot to take in! 🧠🏢. It’s been a humbling (and exciting!) start, and I’m so ready to dive deeper with this amazing community, to grow, ask questions, and soak up all the wisdom I can.

I’m all about networking with heart, having meaningful conversations, and surrounding myself with people who challenge and inspire me. Outside of work and investing, you’ll find me hiking, traveling, or on a long walk with my headphones in and my brain full of ideas 🚶‍♀️🌍🎧
