Life Skills - Eat under $10 a day
Students plan, budget, and prepare food for one full day using $10 or less. They choose foods they like, identify basic macronutrients, research real supermarket prices, and use digital tools to plan simple meals. Students create a shopping list, prepare at least one meal safely, and reflect on their choices. The course builds practical life skills in nutrition, budgeting, planning, and independent living, with a focus on making balanced, affordable food decisions.
