New Table Of Contents Page

I've been reviewing a lot of people's pages, posts, and set ups. I saw one I really liked. It was a "table of contents" type of page. So, I decided to put one together for my publication. Holy Cow! Talk about a task! But I got it done.

Now, I'm asking you all to take a look at it and let me know your thoughts. I'm not asking for anyone to subscribe, just look at it from my homepage: https://topfitnessstrategies.substack.com/

I am confused, though, at the looks of it. Instead of a picture of me, it should have my logo with the word "Welcome" on it. I'm not sure how I need to set that up.
