Warm Up: - High Knees March (knees to elbows) - 1 minute each side
20 Jumping Jacks
Burpees 2 rounds, 30s each. Round 1 low intensity (RPE 4-5), Round 2 high intensity (RPE 9-10)
20 Bird Dog 10 each side
Push Ups (*kneeling) 3 x 20 rest 30 sec between set
Tricep Dips (use a chair/bed frame) 3 x 20 rest 30 sec between set
Mountain Climbers 3 x 20 rest 30 sec between set
