I got this cold DM from Ben. It’s not the worst I’ve seen, but he’s making the classic 'Service Provider' mistake: He’s leading with his numbers and his PRODUCT instead of a conversation.
Truth is, nobody wakes up and think “boy, do I hope to get invited to a strategy session today!”
