If I had to start again from 0 here's my game plan...
I believe that one of the hardest and most frustrating periods of my business was going from $0 to $10k/mo.
The next was $30-$50k/mo as it tested a skill set I didn't yet possess.
$50-$100k/mo. was relatively easy, but it would fluctuate from 60-80-55-90-60, so consistency was the bigger challenge...
But today let's explore that frustrating $0-$10k/mo space, if you're beyond that, this will help you to, as (like me) you need a reminder of the fundamentals.
The first step in this process is creating a "leveraged Offer".
By leverage I mean something high ticket and easy to deliver.
I'll cover that more in future emails and posts.
Once I have that in place I'd set my sights on the "WHO" I want to serve.
People overcomplicate this and come with these complex client avatar docs.
For me I'd simply go after people who were in my shoes 6-12 months ago.
Very simple, as I already know the pain points and struggles.
Now we've got the boring stuff out of the way time to go after clients.
First point of leverage is content. I'd pick 1 MAYBE 2 platforms that are easy to find my ideal target audience.
If I was starting fresh right now, my audience has been over on X. Instagram would probably be a better starting point for most of you but for me, I'd choose X as it suits my skill set.
I'd go through the 3 Stages of Content, which is covered in our Free mini-course on Skool.
First is consistency, so posting 1-2x a day.
Now this is where the rubber meets the road.
A lot of you will cry, complain and tune me out here. Which is the damn problem.
I'd find 10-20 big creators within my niche.
I'd be the loudest voice in their comment section and I'd be messaging 100+ people a day who engages with their content.
Yes it can be that simple.
100 people a day, just starting a conversation, moving them towards a business conversation where I'd uncover what challenges they're facing.
This is the hardest part and the part where you need the right scripting, messaging, context and understanding of DMs.
If I truly lost it all, DMs would be the first place I'd start to get everything back and I'd stay there until I'm 100% of the way there.
This is where my Bulletproof DM course would come in handy, more on that in a second.
Once I've gotten 10-20 good connections, I'd invite them to calls.
And on those calls, I'd treat them as "investigation" calls, where I'm trying to uncover more pain points, then I'd show them what I'm working on and for a discounted rate if they'd like my help.
I'd do this every single damn day.
1-2 pieces of content
100+ DMs
1-2 calls/day
1-3 sales a week
Business would be back to thriving in no time.
The variables missing for most of you:
1 - The consistency - I know you work hard, but doing it DAILY is another story
2 - The knowledge - You know about your offer, but not how to communicate that effectively through DMs
I can't help with 1 but I can help with 2.
I'll show you what the script looks like, how to start 100+ convos a day and how you can use these techniques on ANY platform... so you can...
