My letter to my inner child is similar raised by a single mom, in a broken home, with addiction, and abuse, tried to take my own life because children cant process trauma. Grew up running away getting locked up until being a teen mom saved my life and stopped me in my tracks! This is what the world needs to look at your VICTORIES to rise from the ashes and debris to see the beauty 🌹 when life tried to take you out God said not in the plan so He wrote a story from the struggle and pain! When you look at your trauma as power to light the way for others you create ripples and waves giving your angels permission to orchestrate a love story starting with you! Yesterday I had to learn how to give myself grace. I missed the zoom call because I work work work and make sure everyone else is well eating and hydrating and dont think of myself. Ive been working 73hrs a week running a spa alone most days and with my daughter who is learning so teaching training and building a team isn't easy! The reality of how important my own health is knocked me on my ass ended up not being able to drive home and ended up in the Emergency room because I was so dizzy and throwing up...I was seriously dehydrated...I thought coffee and redbull were OK to live off of hahha jk 😜 In the embodiment of being a Boss it is most important to keep yourself healthy with your team! Even as a single mom I would have the mindset as long as my kids eat I'll be OK fasting also a scarcity poverty mindset...so here comes the break down to breakthrough!!! 🙏👑💎💓
