My mission is to guide people back to their bodies, their presence, and their inner truth through somatic and sensory experiences inspired by Kum Nye Tibetan Yoga, cultivating awareness, sensitivity, and embodied consciousness. I stand against disconnection from the body and from what we truly feel. I believe presence is medicine, and the body is a source of wisdom. I am here to create a movement rooted in sensory awareness, embodiment, and conscious living.
