Please ignore my hair, its a mess! I am camera shy so my point of view of the challenge is more like a rant. ๐
This challenge was what I needed to understand sides of myself that I didn't know I buried. My inner teenager has been leaping for joy I'm writing a book she'll go bananas for. Through our the process, I've been hyperfixated on number count and pages written that thinking rest was also beneficial to my book was ludacris. Now my views on product; quality and quality, as well as the non-product have changed. Rest not only allows you to recharge but also spark more ideas or solutions to help the story flow seamlessly. The book baby journey is a time to embrace every speed bump, every Writer's block, every mishap because the wins that follow are that much sweeter, no matter how small they may be. This has been a pinnacle part of my life teaching me slowing down and resting isn't going to stop my journey.
