Have you ever noticed this?
Writing the book feels hard…
But somehow publishing feels 10x harder?
I’ve worked with a lot of authors, and the pattern is always the same:
They finish their manuscript (huge win 🎉)
Then suddenly get stuck on things like:
• “Why does my formatting look weird on Kindle?”
• “Why is my paperback rejected on KDP?”
• “Margins, trim size, bleed… what does all this even mean?”
• “Why does my book look unprofessional compared to others?”
• “What do I actually do after ‘The End’?”
Nobody teaches this part.
Writing is creative.
Publishing is technical.
They’re two completely different skill sets.
That’s why many great stories never get the professional finish they deserve.
I spend most of my time helping authors turn messy drafts into clean, publish-ready books — formatting, setup, and everything behind the scenes that readers never see but always feel.
Curious:
What part of the process feels most confusing for you right now: writing, formatting, or publishing?
