Lately I’ve been thinking about resistance.
As a writer and editor, I notice resistance usually shows up right before clarity does. The urge to procrastinate. The urge to over edit. The urge to doubt the idea.
But flow starts when we allow imperfect action.
Right now I’m focusing on showing up consistently and protecting deep work time.
What helps you dissolve resistance when it appears?
