Creative Blocks are Sacred
Our blocks are as destined for us as our dreams are! This is one of my core beliefs - our creative dreams take us on a journey of fulfilment. When you have a dream in your heart - you WILL encounter creative blocks in your way as you travel to create that dream. Why? Because when you learn how to heal the creative blocks you find wisdom hidden deep within - wisdom that gives you EXACTLY what you need to know in order to create the dream! The blocks are how we BECOME. They are SACRED - these blocks create our arc of transformation. I am so passionate about helping creatives heal creative blocks, write books, and achieve goals through the power of flow. This is my life's work, and it's incredibly fulfilling! What blocks have you encountered in the past? Are you finding these blocks in your path now? ✨

Creative Renewal
Tomorrow is the new moon! The energy over these past few weeks has been INTENSE. I came here today for a long walk… And found rebirth and renewal. How are you recharging this weekend? 💫✨

Presence ✨
“Presence is a far more intricate and rewarding art than productivity.” ~Maria Popova To me, this is exactly it- when we are dwelling fully in the moment, we can enter into flow- and create magic in our work and lives. What do you think? 💫✨
What is Your Vision to Change the World? 🔥🔥🔥
I am so excited. I am feeling so fired and inspired. I had the most amazing brainstorming session this morning with a few other creative business founders. The vision we have to change the world is so HUGE - it is so PROFOUND - and it is so ACHIEVABLE. 🤩 My vision is - and has always been - to create a new era - a world in which ARTISTS THRIVE! I currently do this as a creative mentor and Rapid Transformational Therapy practitioner, by helping artists, writers, and createpreneurs heal creative blocks and write books, make goals, and create impact through the power of focus and flow. When you create the vision on your heart- you are changing the world! You are limitless! That THAT is the world I want to live in - a world where creators create new ways of be-ing and dwelling, and THRIVE while they do it! 💫✨ I'm going to launch The FlowMagic Atelier in February - a lush space where you can heal creative blocks, learn technical expertise, and write your book in a beautiful community of conscious creatives. With the help of an absolutely incredible community, I am creating another massive project very soon… I literally can’t wait to share the details. I'm here to support creatives who are changing the world in wonderful ways. I'm here to help artists THRIVE. Because when artists and creatives THRIVE - they have the power to create what they are here to create - to make their unique visions a material reality that changes the world. I believe we are all here to change the world and create a new paradigm, book by book, niche by niche. I've been amazed by the calibre of artists and creatives who are joining this space - change makers and trailblazers! What is your vision? What are you here on earth to create? I would love to know! 🔥🔥🔥
What we can learn from Winnie the Pooh
You know, Winnie the Pooh can teach us an amazing amount about life. He shows us how valuable it is to appreciate the simple things and enjoy the moment. “What's the magic word?” Pooh asks once. “Please?” “Honey,” he says. And therein lies a universal truth: it's not about always striving for something bigger or better, but about loving what you have – even if it's just a pot of honey. Pooh has a calm wisdom that we often lack. When he says, “People say nothing is impossible, but I do nothing every day,” he reminds us that it's okay to just be quiet sometimes and not always have to achieve something. At the same time, there is his unwavering loyalty to his friends. Whether it's Piglet, Eeyore, or Tigger – he is always there for them. Of course, he sometimes makes mistakes, and Christopher Robin affectionately calls him “silly old bear.” But you know what? That's exactly the point: Pooh's value lies not in being perfect, but in simply being himself—a little bear with a big heart. Maybe we should all be a little more like Pooh.
