🙌🏼 God is still Good 🙌🏼
I want you to take a moment to think back over your life. Think about the fact that every obstacle… every test… every trial… every heart break and disappointment you’ve ever faced is behind you! That thing you thought would take you out didn’t! What Satan meant to destroy you did not prevail because you are alive and reading this right now! And it’s all to the Glory of God! Whether it was our own doing or an attack of the enemy, God still gets the praise! His word reassures us as we pick up our cross daily and walk this narrow path of righteousness, we don’t have to worry or be afraid… “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are those called according to his purpose.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭28‬ ‭KJV‬‬ 📖 This scripture gives us a comforting promise of protection and provision and grace in spite of our circumstances. God never promised there wouldn’t be troubles but He did promise to give us beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for those who mourn and a praise for a spirit of heaviness. Proclaim today that in Christ… 🙌🏼 I am an overcomer! 🙌🏼 I am no longer bound! 🙌🏼 I am free! And then walk in that freedom!

MAKE IT MAKE SENSE MONDAY⁉️
The Bible in and of itself is a book. A lot of Bibles are sitting somewhere collecting dust unfortunately. Imagine someone getting a cook book but never opening it up, reading it, going to the store, buying the ingredients, following the directions, and ultimately creating something. Imagine creating something but never eating it or serving it to someone else?! Make it make sense! Compare that to someone reading the word, gaining revelation from it, believing it, and never applying to their lives or sharing the good news with someone else. The Word of God becomes the living Word when we read it, apply it to our lives and then share it. Faith activates the power in scripture. Like reading the recipe and then going to the store to buy the ingredients. Prayer is like getting all the ingredients together and placing it in the oven to bake. Patience grows when we trust God while waiting on it to bake to perfection. Faith is grown when we see the finished product and we pull it out the oven. Too soon and it won’t be done, wait too long and it will burn… Gods timing is perfect. Growth happens when you eat it and it nourishes your body. Elevation happens when you share it with others. You gain a Title, Baker! Your reward is in that person eating it, loving it too and sharing with the next person that it was good! Recap: Faith activates the Living Word Reading it puts it in our Hearts Praying gives it Power Patience grows when we trust God while waiting on his perfect timing This grows our Faith to share the good news which elevates us as disciples of Jesus Our reward is Salvation and being used by God to help bring souls to Christ! (Extra credit!!! for the W.O.O.T. Members… in Rev 2:19 Jesus was warning a church when He said “I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first.”… Where did they fall short?) Comment your answer… I have a gift for the first person to answer correctly!

Patience is a Virtue!
ITS MY “fill in the blank” AND I WANT IT NOW!! -J.G.Wentworth 🤭 It’s so true though! It’s not always easy to trust Gods timing. We think we know what we want but we don’t. We believe we know what’s best for us, not likely. Sometimes that unanswered prayer is not a “No” but a “Not now”. Or perhaps even better, God has something far better in store for you. It’s best to pray for Gods will to be done and wait on the Lord. I dare you to be patient and wait with expectancy!
Patience is a Virtue!
Our scars are a testimony!
“He healeth the broken in heart, And bindeth up their wounds.” ‭‭Psalm‬ ‭147‬:‭3‬ ‭KJV‬‬ A lot of the time, our instinct is to hide our scars. To cover up our wounds and ignore the pain. Understandably! A lot of the time there is embarrassment, shame and pain associated with our scars. I challenge you to face your past and find the purpose in your pain. Otherwise, you can find yourself bitter and stuck in a cycle of grief. The scripture above reminds us that we have a creator that made us with the ability to heal. To forgive and be forgiven. To grow and learn from our experiences. Whether the trauma originated from an outside source; Abuse, Assault, Abandonement or perhaps bad decisions you made as a result like Addiction, Abortion, Adultery… our scars, no matter the source, remind us that healing is possible. Scars remind us that although we may have been hurt, we overcame what tried to take us out! Show your scars and tell your testimony! I drew that picture many years ago not realizing I’d be using it for this purpose! God uses broken things
Our scars are a testimony!
