So this happened. I’m really having fun with this crochet project. Learned how to do color changing and did a cute watermelon color theme for this water bottle! Ironically crocheting is helping with my mental and physical health! Scientific studies confirm that crocheting significantly improves mental wellbeing by triggering a biological relaxation response easing anxiety. It triggers a natural release of Serotonin and Oxytocin which improves mood while relaxing the nervous system. It also suppresses Cortisol which helps drop blood pressure! It also keeps me from biting my nail which is a nasty ha it I been wanting to stop. I was thinking about doing a class! Who’d be interested?

I always enjoyed drawing but haven’t felt inspired to in a long time. Woke up this morning and sketched this on a clip board with a pencil and make up. It kinda came to life! Thought I’d share…

Sooo I put this on my story on FB before but I can’t say enough about this! Hibachi plate (I never finish it) It’s $8.99 during lunch til 2p and 10.99. You get steak, shrimp or chicken with a bunch of vege and sauce options! 🤤 Had to share again!

God is a good God no matter what we are faced with, when you are truly serving God he will not withhold any good thing to those who walk up right before him.. Everyday we awake is a gift from God.. That we shouldn't take lightly, everyday we should entire his courts with praise and thanksgiving, for he is worthy of the praise.. Jesus is looking for people who will be faithful to him no matter the trail, no matter the betrayal from others, will we remain faithful to God who is always faithful to us, even when we made mistakes he forgave us, so it's important to walk with a forgiving heart as the Lord has always forgiven us..
