Ignoring the Can’t
You’re not weak. You’ve just been listening to the wrong voice. Stroke. Ataxia. Addiction .Anorexia.Over 40.Those were my “impossibles”. Starting from nothing—learning to stand, to move, to live again. No applause. No shortcuts. Just decision after decision not to quit. Now, five years later, I have competed in strength sports alongside amputees, cancer survivors, teenagers, women in their 80s, thrivers of every genre. That’s how strength is built. Not in comfort. In resistance. So stop telling yourself it’s too late or you’re too broken. You’re not. You’re untested—and everything in you is still there. So REALLY get honest with yourself. Do you truly believe that you “can’t “?

Ignoring the Can’t
Remembering the why
The first time I saw this scene from Wonder Woman. I couldn’t walk or stand. It was mesmerizing then and remains so. It seems odd to say that watching a scene from Wonder Woman could cause a person to sob with happiness, but here we are 💪❤️‍🔥https://youtu.be/ujkhtNNiI3Y?si=hcCcJZi-3Rk0TTbk
The Importance of Focus and the Removal of Doubt
There will always be a voice—quiet, persistent, and familiar—trying to make one smaller than they are. It questions worth. It replays the past. It attempts to convince that there is not enough. Ignore it. That voice is not truth. It is residue—left over from past experiences and projections placed by others. There is no negotiation with it. The path forward requires focus, clarity, and movement—unencumbered. External noise will exist as well—opinions, assumptions, limitations placed by those who cannot see the vision or lack the courage to pursue their own. Ignore that too. The moment doubt—internal or external—is given direction, clarity is lost. Stay locked in. No validation is required . No explanations are owed. Discipline.Clarity.Relentless forward movement. Strength is not the absence of doubt—it is the refusal to be guided by it. Stay focused.Stay relentless.Move as if the outcome is already inevitable. What is a doubt that still plagues you and blocks the potential and abilities within you?
Forged Within: The Unseen Strength That Rises
A strong woman is forged in the quiet discipline of her mind, where, like the Stoics, she chooses what she will carry and what she will release; she does not break under adversity, she studies it, stands through it, and shapes herself against it. Her strength is not loud at first—it is built internally through resilience, restraint, and an unshaken sense of purpose—but over time it becomes undeniable, visible in the way she moves, speaks, and leads. What she conquers within—fear, doubt, limitation—transforms into an external force that others can feel: steady, grounded, and powerful, a living example that true strength is not given by circumstance, but earned through the relentless decision to rise.
