The session is prepared based on who is in attendance and what that particular athlete may need to work on.
Note: Colonial Heights sessions will be held at 3600 Conduit Rd, Colonial Heights High School on the field behind the tennis court.
Sessions in Colonial Heights:
10 AM: Youth Development
11 AM: WR Development
12 PM: DB Development
Sessions in Henrico at Dorey Park:
2 PM: DB|WR Development (Concepts and Coverage)
