Great Day Family! We will begin to release leadership and personal development content next week (First week of June)! The first courses will be based on the K.U.P.A System. KUPA is a system I created while in college. The acronym means - Knowledge. Understanding. Preparation. Action. - It's used a "navigation" system for the various experiences in life we will have. Questions that follow the system are: - What do I know? - Do I understand it? What needs to be understood? - With this knowledge and understanding - What is my plan? - What is my course of action? The courses will start with an introduction to KUPA. All mentorship, leadership and personal development will build from here. We will cover topics like: Identity, Alignment, Communication, Storytelling, Execution, Relationship Building and more.
