Great Day Family! Here’s an update for the Sunday Sessions. Times have been moved up a hour to beat the rain. Please confirm your attendance ASAP. The session is prepared based on who is in attendance and what that particular athlete may need to work on. Note: Colonial Heights sessions will be held at 3600 Conduit Rd, Colonial Heights High School on the field behind the tennis court. Sessions in Colonial Heights: 10 AM: Youth Development 11 AM: WR Development 12 PM: DB Development Sessions in Henrico at Dorey Park: 2 PM: DB|WR Development (Concepts and Coverage)

7 AM - WR 8 AM - DB Location: 3600 Conduit Rd, Colonial Heights, VA Confirm attendance ASAP. A Youth group will be added at 9 AM if there’s two or more interested
