What’s Your Adventure??

I’ve been sharing my Crazy Adventure as a way to document my journey, and practice being vulnerable and authentic. If we stop for a moment and think about it, we are all on our own crazy adventure. It’s simply being human. We are in this thing called “life” together, and it helps tremendously to know we do not have to go through it alone. That is why I created this community - to provide resources for women to give them hope, and learn to empower themselves. We are not alone, but going through “it” can be very isolating.

This is a safe space to share what you are going through - not in a negative way, but in a reflective way. Once we understand others are going through similar circumstances, and there is help out there, healing and empowerment can begin.

My biggest lesson and challenge was taking responsibility for where my life was heading, and that I was consistently repeating patterns that were detrimental to my overall well-being. It was when I became aware I had a complete lack of self worth that my life started changing.

Most often, when we are rebuilding, there is a HUGE MESSY MIDDLE that we go through - often a complete destruction of our old life and patterns so we can re-build. It’s simply part of the process - we have to go THROUGH it to get on the other side.

Choose to be the caterpillar metamorphosing in to the butterfly, rather than a snake shedding its skin. Both are growth, but for the transformation, we must be vulnerable and take risks. Easy? Hell no. Worth it? Hell ya!
