I never expected this to happen…🤯 Years before I developed Belief Coding, I was OBSESSED in self development. I read every book, joined every course and even studied positive psychology. 📚 I loved the idea of rapid transformation and spent soooo much time learning all I could… until… Life took over, kids came along, opportunities came my way. I put the books away for YEARS. However, after my girls lost their biological father to suicide, I had to make sure that whatever happened they would be ok… So, I dusted off the olds books, restudied, joined course after course but something was missing I would get some transformation but then I would revert back after a few months. Or I would find out what the beliefs were but felt like, now what? 🤷‍♀️ You know that feeling don’t you?
