Workbook - where do I find the workbook to download please?

going through peoples posts and leaving them nice messages, was flagged up you can only message 10 a week, as it may be pitching etc well we live and learn, i had time on my hands and wanted to say well done to others, lol always me , but usually would be triggered and say fuck it i aint messaging anymore, but i understand the rules and that's ok will give it a week and cheer and congratulate the rest in the chat, i don't like leaving people out, maybe thats a limiting belief why dont i like leaving others out? i know the answer lol
