ive spent most of today looking at pre recorded videos Gemma and live science tests we abajeet, I lit up seeing Gemma happy i wanted to cry through her session as bits hit home, and jess teaching alignment method, something clicked, i get it this time around, i worked on somethings that are holding me back, with my weight, due to unwanted sexual advances, wow im excited to see it unfold to health eating and self worth and love

feel all over the place had my grandkids for a week. not done any work, and back to fulltime work next week cant believe it, but i will get organised again and prioritize have i missed much?
