In case you didn't catch the discussion, I'm launching a book club of sorts. Instead of fiction, I wanted to share some of the ideas behind my training philosophy and the sources that help shape my attitude for my instruction.
The book is the Joy of Movement by Kelly McGonigal and is available in print, on kindle, and audible. I'm sure it's available on other e-readers if you prefer.
