Confused About NC Title Insurance Companies and Attorneys
I'm working on getting started in Greensboro, NC. I have a couple of buyers to start out and a handful of properties I know are vacant. I want to reach out to a Title Company/Attorney just to make sure they will work with me and I have my ducks in a row. However, it seems like they are kinda separate and I'm confused on how they work together. Who do I reach out to first??

You guys, I spent $2K on a mentor from TikTok, and unfortunately I still haven’t gotten a single contract. It’s been nine months, so yes… I definitely have some trust issues now. But I’m a hard worker, and I know I can do even better. Even without getting a contract yet, I’ve learned a lot during these nine months and I’m truly grateful for that growth. I don’t want to give up on wholesaling. I’ve built a buyers list. I’ve cold called tax-delinquent homeowners. I’ve searched Zillow and contacted owners there. I’ve driven for dollars, and I’ve even put out flyers. I’m really trying I just really need someone to hold my hand through this. Zach seems like a trustworthy guy, and I don’t get the “guru” vibe from him at all. I just need to know what it really costs to start M2M so I can save for it. I’m in North Carolina. I’m really trying to walk by faith here I just need some encouragement and honest feedback. Sorry for the rant..I have surgery soon without insurance, next year and not sure how I’m going to afford it.
