You Can get a Deal before Version 4 Launch

Just hopped off the live today and there's a lot of hype going around for Xleads V4. I just wanna encourage the people who haven't gotten their first deal just yet. YOU STILL HAVE TIME. There's still time to lock up a deal and get it closed before the 12th. You've technically got 8 business days to get it done.

Email blast some realtors. Call some Zillow FSBOs. Go to your county clerk and pull Probate records. Most counties have an auction date coming up (Jan 6th), so try and look for a pre-foreclosure you could save just in time before the auction date. The point is, TAKE ACTION. You need results FAST if you wanna get your first deal before the 12th.

Your motivation should strictly be to take the profit and put it into Xleads; that way you can benefit from all the new updates/cool features that can help you get more deals. It's officially 2026. No more excuses. LOCK IN!
