Who can we do deals and not?
I know I've asked a question similar to this rpeviously, but I've been getting different aswers, I am getting off market deals sent to me with what look lik good numbers, by Dispo companies/specialists. How do I navigate this kind of deal, or is it it possible as a wholesaler?, I'm trying to see if any wholesalers have been successful with this kind of deal, and if so, how did you navigate it, because I contnually receive off market deals from these folks.
