Made 102 Calls tonight!

Had 17 Pick Ups!

4 Not Interested.

4 Hang Ups.

3 Wrong Numbers.

1 wanting to sell!!

5 Ai Pick Ups. 1 hang up. 4 forwarded to voicemail.

39 Voicemails left in total.

Tonight I came across a homeowner wanting to sell! After a good chat with him it seems like he is wanting top dollar, not really looking for the speed and convenience of a cash offer. After looking it up, he had it perviously listed it on market. Multiple times, and taken down after a month of no activity. He seems really stuck on his number, thinking someone will come by one day and just give him what he's asking.

My offer I calculated was no where near it. Like 200k off his asking price. LOL

I don't think much will come of it, but I added him to the CRM to keep tabs on it anyway.

You never know.. one of the follow up calls could be reaching them at the right time of reconsideration. Timing is everything.

Looking forward to working outreach more efficiently than I did today haha.
