I am looking to partner up /JV with someone in this group to work the Wayne county Delinquent tax list. This is the list of the properties in Wayne county Michigan that are at least 3 years behind in taxes and is going to get foreclosed on at the end of March 2026 if the do not pay or make arrangements with the county.
