Quick question for the group — has anyone run into this before?
Looking at a FSBO asking $50k, appraisal sites also around $50k. Property looks rough (overgrown grass, bad pics).
But XLeads shows a wholesale value around $150k 🤯
Anyone seen this kind of gap before? What usually causes it?
