Hi Experts,
We’re reaching out urgently for guidance on a mass cold calling campaign, and we need your insight on a critical issue.
We’ve pulled two large lists (10,000 records each) from DealMachine and used their free skip tracing service to cold call prospects. After uploading the lists to Batch Dialer and testing them with two VAs, we experienced extremely poor connection rates. Initially, we thought the dialer could be the issue, but after switching to Call Tools and running additional tests, we encountered the same low connection rates. This leads us to suspect that the core problem might be the data quality rather than the dialer or VA performance.
From our analysis, we believe that DealMachine's skip tracing data might be the culprit. We’re looking for expert opinions here—does anyone have experience with DealMachine’s skip tracing, and can you confirm if the data is typically less reliable for large-scale cold calling?
Furthermore, we’d appreciate any recommendations for high-quality, cost-effective skip tracing services. We understand that there are several paid options out there, but we’re hesitant to spend thousands on them. However, we’re open to investing in services that provide superior data quality, as we’ve learned that sometimes spending more costs less.
If anyone has firsthand experience with skip tracing services that provide strong accuracy, we’d love to hear what you recommend. We’re eager to optimize this process and ensure we're working with the best possible data moving forward.
Thank you in advance for your time and expertise!
