Quick message from the heart especially for new members....

I’ve been watching something happen in this group and I feel like it needs to be said openly.

If anyone messages you claiming they are a millionaire, talking about twenty thousand dollar giveaways, or telling you to message someone named Grace or anything similar please be careful. That is a scam. Real operators do not move like that. People who are actually doing deals are busy working not flexing money in strangers’ DMs....

I also want to talk about something more subtle but just as damaging.

I’ve seen new members post or comment and then get hit with the same question over and over

Have you closed your first deal yet

Four or five different people asking the same thing.

Most of the time that question is not coming from a place of help. It creates pressure, distraction, and confusion. Instead of learning and building, the new person ends up defending themselves or chasing conversations that lead nowhere. At the end of the day their time gets wasted.

Here’s what I’ve learned in this business.

Real help brings clarity not noise

Real guidance gives direction not overwhelm

And real progress comes from listening to people who have actually done the work and made the mistakes.

If you are new protect your time and your focus. Ask yourself who is teaching and who is just talking.

If you are experienced be mindful of how you show up. One clear piece of guidance is more powerful than five random opinions.

This business is already hard enough.

Let’s make the space safer, cleaner, and more supportive for people who are genuinely trying to learn and execute.
