Need help with my first deal
I recently had to pull out of a deal — not because the deal was bad, but because I stacked too many fires on my plate at once.
By the time I realized it, it was already too late.
Here’s what I learned:
  • When you take on too much, nothing gets the attention it deserves.
  • The more unorganized you are, the faster things start falling off your plate.
  • Sometimes stepping back is the smartest move you can make.
I had too many moving parts, too many products to manage, and not enough time.
Building a business is like laying down a railroad — one track at a time.
Rush it, and the whole thing collapses.
Stepping back from this deal was tough, but it was the right decision.
Now I’m moving forward with more clarity, discipline, and structure
I’m working on my first deal and looking for someone experienced who can help me close a PML by December 6th. I’ve got the main details lined up, but I want to make sure I’m protecting myself the right way and not missing anything important.
I’m not trying to give away all the specifics here — just need someone who can look over the essentials with me, point out any blind spots, and make sure the structure is solid.
Honestly, I’m just the “mailman” trying to bring the money to the deal and make sure everything goes smoothly. If anyone has a few minutes to guide me through the final steps, I’d really appreciate it.

Thanks in advance!
