Need help first deal
Working on my first deal buyer has an agent we agreed on an amount for some commercial only land.
Agent emailed me these forms and I’m trying to see how to proceed any help will be appreciated also willing to JV.

I will be sending a request for your signature on the Work with Real Estate Agents Form.
When you fill out these forms you will also need to send a proof of funds letter from your bank.
