Motivated Seller Not Allowed to Sell
I got in front of a very motivated seller today who says he’s not allowed to sell. He said that he shares title with his brother who is in a nursing home on Medicaid. He says the government will not allow his brother to sell any assets until he is dead.
Has anyone ran into this before and found a solution. He says that other wholesalers tried and failed but I know we can figure it out!
