Hey everyone 👋
I’m looking for JV partners to help find vacant land deals — I’m currently working with two builders, one in North Carolina and one in Virginia.
- 🏡 NC Builder: Looking for 10+ acres
- 🏗️ VA Builder: Looking for 12+ acres
These don’t need to be wholesale deals — the builders just want to acquire land at a great price, so all I need help with is finding motivated land sellers.
This could turn into a huge opportunity if we find the right parcels.
