Looking to JV
Hey Yall, Im brand new to wholesaling, got xleads about a month ago and targeted land. I reached out to a seller in the DFW area and he is interested in selling, but he has a 3600 sq ft house that needs a fix n flip and 2 infill lots that he is only selling as a package deal. Im looking to JV with an experienced wholesaler to learn from and close the deal and sell contract to a buyer who does both land and house flips. He wants to close within the next 30-60 days.
