Looking for Dispo Advice 😎
Any tips on marketing a total remodel in a small market? I know dispo is supposed to be easy but this deal is only going to work for a very specific buyer. What do I do?

📍 Address: 417 N High St Franklin Ky
💰 Price: $56,000
🏚 Repairs: $106,500 (total remodel)
🏡 ARV: $193,000 – $210,000
The numbers aren’t amazing but I can’t get the seller to budge on price (not yet) feels like a good deal to the right person.
