Anyone Experienced with Rural Dispo? Need Pre-Dispo Advice on a Northern CA Lead

Hey everyone! Need some advice from the seasoned dispo/JV folks here.

I’m working on a potential rural lead in Northern California. Before I decide to contract it, I want to use a pre-dispo strategy to confirm buyer demand since the area is more remote and I don’t typically target rural markets.

For those of you who regularly dispo in rural or low-population areas:

👉 Do you ever help soft-shop a potential deal before it’s under contract?

👉 And if so, what’s the best way to collaborate on that?

I’m not posting deal details here, just looking to connect with someone who has strong buyers in Northern CA and is comfortable doing a pre-dispo check.
