🔥 Looking for a Strong Acquisition Manager (15% Commission | Indiana Leads)
I’m currently building a virtual wholesaling operation in the Indiana market and focusing heavily on consistent lead generation and pipeline.
Dedicated cold caller doing ~600 dials/day
Leads are pre-qualified for motivation
20–25 leads per week ready for follow-up
I’m looking for a US-based Acquisition Manager who can:
Take over seller calls
Lead conversations with confidence (not react)
Lock up deals consistently
Compensation:
15% commission per closed deal
This is not for beginners — I need someone who understands how to control the call and move sellers toward a decision.
I’m building this into a structured operation with clear roles and consistent deal flow.
Availability:
Seller calls mainly between 4pm – 8pm EST
Must be comfortable handling 15–25 leads/week consistently
