Let’s go
I’m a real estate investor. Depending on the property, I may buy and close myself, partner with another investor, or assign my interest in the contract. I also take on select projects to renovate or hold as rentals. Every deal is evaluated case-by-case, and my approach is always based on what makes the most sense for that specific property.
