Don’t depend on anyone else to build the flow of your business. If you’re going to wholesale, do it on your own terms. Most of the time, those JV offers that sound too good to be true arrree too good to be true. The “joint” part gets left out, and you end up being someone’s pawn. It’s always the people who target beginners—promising partnership—who really just want to put you in an employee role while they play boss!! Learning is good...Dont get me wrong...You can learn from those with more experience, but never forget—there’s always more than one way to get the job done. Don’t let their way become the only way.
