I focus on mail and texts, but cold calling isn’t my strength (ok, because I loathe it!). I have lists ready to go from Xleads, so if you have a dialer and enjoy acquisitions, we can team up. I really enjoy the dispo side of things and already have buyers in Lee County FL (land only), Oswego & Onondaga Counties NY, and the Twin Cities metro in MN.

JV splits:

• 25/75 if you just bring me a lead that pans out

• 50/50 if you bring me a contract direct to seller
