Just bought another ✅
Closed on two in June and both are getting renovated this month. Just signed a deal on another home and we will close on that August 8th. Deals are still out there, but they are hard to find between all the people trying to bring me deals that are on market and pretty much at retail. 🤷♂️
Buyers will not buy unless they are confident we will make money. You need to think like a buyer and do math like a buyer to sell deals to a buyer. 💯
